First of All, Who the Heck Are We?

We're like your digital personal training partner, minus the sweaty fist bump. Our website is designed to offer you our services to keep you healthy and fit, informed, and, most importantly, not bored out of your mind.

The Info We Collect (And Why)

• Contact Info: We ask for your email and maybe your first name (if you're not into aliases). Why? So we can send you coaching program info, training and nutrition tips, pep talks, and the occasional "hey, you're awesome" note. No spam, though - we're not about that life.
•  Browsing Data: This isn't as creepy as it sounds. It's just about understanding what you like on our site (Coach Jesse's looks, training programs, nutrition tips, science stuff, etc.) so we can keep the good stuff coming. Cookie monsters (the digital kind) help with this.
•  Progress Photos: Permission, Please! We’re all about following the rules and respecting your space. So, before we post any “Wow, look at that progress!” photos, we get your explicit "Yes, of course!" consent. No surprise photo-ops here! You have complete say on whether we share or secure your photos in Fort Knox.

How We Protect Your Data

We treat your data like a secret family recipe - under lock and key. We use all the techy stuff (SSL encryption, secure servers, you name it) to make sure no uninvited guests gets in. 

Sharing Your Info: A Big No-No

Here's our promise: We won't sell, rent, or trade your personal info. The only time we'll share anything is if Coach Jesse's butlers need new Aston Martin Victors. Just kidding, Jesse's only allows his butlers to drive Bugatti's. So we will only share info when the law gets involved (and even then, they'd have to really convince us).

Sharing Your Photos: Top-Secret Identity

When it comes to your identity, we’re like secret agents. If we share your photo, we make sure your face is blurred or those unique features (like that epic What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas tattoo ) are cleverly hidden. Why? So nobody can recognize you in your superhero transformation guise!  

Your Rights (Because You're the Boss)

• Access & Update: Want to see what info we have on you, or make some changes? Just shoot us an email.
• Opt-Out: Getting cold feet about our emails? No hard feelings. There's an "Unsubscribe" link in every email we send.
• Complain: Not happy about something? Let us know, and we'll work our fitness socks off to make it right.
• Cookies: Yes, we use cookies, and not the chocolate chip kind (unfortunately). These tiny tech morsels help our site remember you and make your experience smoother, like peanut butter (the no-stir kind).
