Jesse is down to earth and realistic. He works with my schedule. We have been working together for 3 months now. I'm 150lbs, 28 yrs old 5’4. Not looking to lose a ton of weight. My goal is to improve my body composition focusing on lowering my body fat percentage and gaining muscle. Losing fat has never been easy for me. I started at 33% body fat and I'm now down to 26% in 3 months while increasing my strength considerably. I have gone down two full sizes in my clothes. I consistently train with Jesse 3x a week. Jesse’s has an unique approach to getting real results fast while also practicing and preaching safety and injury prevention. His creativity behind his programs are unreal. Jesse is really a great guy and his workouts are fantastic and challenging. The time goes by fast and I have a really good time during our sessions, yet he still manages to keep me focused and working hard. His nutrition background is also outstanding, I would think beyond the knowledge of most trainers. He has a high level of understanding from a science perspective about food's impact on body composition- well beyond what most individuals know about energy in/energy out. Jesse also has a fitness culinary background which clearly shows in his recipes that are so delicious and healthy, even my husband and kids love it when I cook his recipes!
